Our salary is determined individually by the lawyer during the first meeting with the client.
The legal assistancemay include a one-off legal service or ongoing legal services. Due to the Polish Law fees for legal services are determined by the contract with the client. Our clients always have the opportunity to negotiate the scope of services we provide and the related fees. In civil cases (broadly understood), each lawyer cooperating with us tries to adopt the minimum rates. Their amount for proceedings before the court of first instance depends on the value of the subject matter of the case:

The amounts given above must be supplemented with VAT at the current rate of 23%.
In cases of family and guardianship law and criminal cases, due to their specificity, the salary is determined depending on the type of case ordered, the degree of its complexity, the workload of the lawyer or and the expected duration of the case.
In particularly justified cases, when the client's financial or family situation or the type of case warrants it, we are able to divide the salary into convenient installments and even set a fee rate lower than the minimum.
We know from experience that quick action allows you to effectively defend your own interests, so it is not worth waiting to seek legal advice, especially since its cost is PLN 100 - 500 gross, which, if the case is commissioned, the lawyer cooperating with us, is usually included in the main salary.
