Pawel Zbrzyzny

He is a member of the Bar Association in Wroclaw, a graduate of Law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wroclaw.

As a lawyer, he has many years of experience in commercial matters, in particular in providing services to commercial law companies.

He provides advice in the field of commercial company and partnership law, starting from support in choosing the most optimal legal form of running a business, through guiding the client through the intricacies of establishing companies and their operation.

As part of his practice, he also deals with the comprehensive preparation of contracts, ensuring not only their professional review and analysis, but also detailed contract negotiations to the form most beneficial for the client. It provides support both at the stage of concluding the contract and its subsequent implementation, renegotiating the terms of already concluded contracts and their possible termination, both in Poland and in international transactions.

He handles matters related to copyright and industrial property issues, specializing in labor law.
