Justyna Labentowicz

She comes from Wroclaw and is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the local university, member of the District Bar Council in Wroclaw. She completed her training under the patronage of a recognized criminal expert - attorney Wojciech Krzysztoporski junior.

As a lawyer, she specializes in criminal and civil law and family matters (divorce, division of property, alimony, contact with children, etc.).

Due to long-term cooperation with a leading company in the compensation industry, she has extensive experience in pursuing claims for damages suffered as a result of traffic accidents. She knows well and constantly observes the Wroclaw real estate market.

Her element is competition, and the adversarial nature of Polish civil procedure means that she feels most comfortable in the courtroom.

In criminal cases, she repeatedly discredited the evidence collected by the public prosecutor, leading to an acquittal.

Realizing that many of our clients face their problem before the court for the first time, she provides them with cordial care, which usually goes beyond standard legal assistance. Thanks to this, her clinets feel safe and confident, which is often their priority, apart from winning.

Privately, she is a sports enthusiast, in the past she was a licensed competitor of the Sports Bowling Section of the Polish Bowling Association, a medalist of national bowling competitions and a category B driving instructor.
